COMMERCIAL USE
(from 1 to 100 products)
This License allows you to be able to print the design purchased at your desired printer or manufacturer to create items intended to sell to your customers. This license allows you to print up to 100 products for resale.
ALL ITEMS MADE FOR RESELL MUST BE A PHYSICAL TANGIBLE PRODUCT. COPYRIGHT IS ALWAYS RETAINED BY KATHY LECOCQ.
DIGITAL PRODUCTS are strictly prohibited and not allowed.
PRINT ON DEMAND / 3rd PARTY SITES uploading designs purchased to sites like Spoonflower (to sell the design), Society6, Printify, Zazzle, Redbubble, and LIKE stores to sell Items for sale print on demand is strictly prohibited and not allowed.
NON-TRANSFERABLE Licenses are not transferable and cannot be shared or sub-licensed to others.
MODIFICATION Designs can only be modified in scale by the purchaser and cannot be altered in color or altered to look different than the original design purchased.
NON-EXCLUSIVE All designs listed in the digital pattern section are non-exclusive. Buyer understands that they are purchasing a print that is sold to others from Kathy Lecocq. Digital designs purchased cannot be copyrighted by anyone else as their own.
UNAUTHORIZED USED / BREECH OF LICENSING AGREEMENT When purchasing designs with specific licensing, you're agreeing to the terms. If you choose to violate Kathy Lecocq Licensing terms, you understand that you will be held legally to the the copyright infringement act of Belgium and legally pursued for damages and loss and licensing agreement will be terminated indefinitely as well as banned from purchasing in the future. Please make sure you purchase the correct license for your project needs so you don't run into any issues.
EXTENDED USE
(from 101 to unlimited products)
This License allows you to be able to print the design purchased at your desired printer or manufacturer to create items intended to sell to your customers. This license allows for unlimited end products made with this print.
